For the Sanitary-and-Epidemiologic Conclusion and the Compliance Certificate:

  • Detailed description of the goods (name, marks, labels, packing),
  • Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the goods,
  • Certificate of origin of the goods,
  • Particulars of the manufacturer,
  • Foreign economic contract between the manufacturer and the addressee of Hygiene Certificate/Compliance Certificate,
  • Notarially certified copies of PSRN, INN, Statistics of the addressee of Hygiene Certificate/Compliance Certificate,
  • Shipping documents for the goods (invoice, packing list).

For production of a phytogenesis which is subject to phytosanitary control:

  • Original Phytosanitary Certificate,
  • Original Certificate of Analysis,
  • Certificate of Origin of the goods (form A),
  • Shipping documents for the goods (invoice, packing list),
  • Transport documents (sea or autotransport).

For reception of the Import Quarantine Permission for production of a phytogenesis:

  • Application for Import Quarantine Permission Reception
  • Detailed description of the goods (name, marks, labels, packing)
  • Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the goods,
  • Certificate of Origin of the goods,
  • Particulars of the manufacturer,
  • Foreign economic contract between the manufacturer and the addressee of Hygiene Certificate/Compliance Certificate
  • Notarized copies of PSRN, TIN, Statistics of the addressee of Hygiene Certificate/Compliance Certificate
  • Shipping documents for the goods (invoice, packing list),
  • Copy of the contract of warehouse rent, Certificate of Inspection of the warehouse, confirming carrying out preventive disinfecting.

For registration of Veterinary Certificates for production which is subject to Veterinary Control:

  • Shipping documents for the goods (invoice, packing list),
  • Certificate of Quality,
  • Certificate of Origin,
  • Veterinary Certificate which has been given out by the manufacturer,

For registration of Territorial Environmental Authorities Conclusion (the letter from Goskomecology):

  • Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System of the goods;
  • Shipping documents for the goods (invoice, packing list),
  • Certificate of Origin of the goods,
  • Technical description of the goods.
